We believe in the people we support before they believe in themselves and need Trustees who share our values of being non-judgemental, respectful, inclusive and caring and who are fully committed to our mission of helping people to improve their potential and raise their aspiration through learning. Working with our existing Board, you would be joining a forward-looking team who care passionately about the lives of the people we support.

Criminal Justice
Equality and Diversity
Young People's Services
Education
Human Resources
and/or Commercial Experience
